What is Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)?
It is a transportation service for people who need help reaching medical appointments, treatments or wellness programs. It supports seniors, individuals with disabilities and patients who cannot drive themselves
Do you provide wheelchair accessible vehicles
Yes. Our vehicles include ramps, secure belts and spacious interiors. Drivers assist with loading, unloading and safe securement inside the vehicle.
How early should I schedule a ride
We recommend booking at least one day in advance. Dialysis and chemotherapy patients can schedule weekly or monthly for long term convenience.
What areas do you cover
We serve Tehama County, Shasta County, Glenn County, Butte County, Trinity County and many surrounding communities across Northern California.
Do you offer round trip transportation
Yes. We can take you to your appointment and return you home once your visit is complete.
Do you only serve Red Bluff?
No. While we are based in Red Bluff, we proudly serve all of Northern California, including the Bay Area, Sacramento, and nearby counties.
Can family members ride along?
Yes, with advance notice, family members or caregivers are welcome to accompany passengers.
What safety measures do you follow?
All our drivers are trained, background-checked, and certified. Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to the highest safety standards.
Do you accept insurance or Medi-Cal?
At this time, please contact us directly for insurance and billing options. We’ll be happy to guide you.
